01 What is a Bulgaria tourist visa?

Tourist visas can be obtained from the Bulgarian consulate for travelers interested in visiting the country for tourism purposes.

Your time spent in Bulgaria will be limited to around 90 days if you have a tourist visa for the country.

03 Requirements for Minors

If a minor plans on visiting Bulgaria on their own or with someone who is not their parent or legal guardian, they are required to provide the following documents upon arrival in Bulgaria:

• A copy of their original birth certificate.
• A power of attorney notarized document, verified by both parents and legal guardians (and the one who has custody, if the child does not have both parents), declaring that they accept that the child goes unattended and give permission for the child to do so. Include the original document as well as a photocopy of it.

The embassy or consulate of Bulgaria may, at their discretion, seek additional documentation from the applicant.
