If you have resided in the UAE for over six months, you will not need a sponsor from Oman for your visa to be approved. You just need a copy of your valid passport and recent photographs of yourself.
The passport should be valid for not less than six months from the arrival date in the Sultanate of Oman. Children aged 21 and below are the only ones allowed for the joint family visa.

The Oman visa processing time varies for all cases. In most cases, the eVisa takes approximately four days for it to be approved.
