Arrival at Zvartnots International Airport. Meet and greet Yerevan.
City tour around Yerevan the history of which goes back to 8th c. The sightseeing tour includes visit to Republic Square- located in the very center of Yerevan and is considered one of the most amazing and famous attractions of the capital. This area is formed by five famous buildings: The National Art Gallery and History Museum of Armenia, which contains about 400,000 exhibits covering the entire history of the Armenian people from primitive society to modern times. The Government House of the Republic of Armenia, The Central post office, The “Mariott Armenia” hotel, The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. The famous singing fountains are also situated on the Republic Square right next to the History Museum and Art Gallery. This is the favorite place of locals and tourists.
Then you will walk to the modern part of city - Northern Avenue, Opera House with Swam Lake, Cascade Monument which is considered to be the center of art of the city as here you can find unique sculptures. In the evenings the place is becoming more charming with all its lights and people from all over the world.
30th November
On the way to Garni stop at the Arch of Charents - a favorite place of tourists, from where opens a stunning view of Mount Ararat and Yerevan. The arch is named after the great Armenian poet Egishe Charents, who loved to come to this place and enjoy the beauty of Armenian land. You can also enjoy that beauty and take a photo for memory about your wonderful trip to Armenia.
Departure to Garni Pagan Temple from 1st c. The temple was built by Armenia King Tiridates and was dedicated to the God of Sun Mithra. Garni is the only Hellenistic temple existing nowadays in Armenia. The stairs of the temple are made huge and high which means that every human being climbing up the stairs is condescending to God of Sun.
01st December
Departure to Tsaghkadzor. The resort town of Tsaghkadzor town of forested mountains. Walking tour around the city. The most popular season to visit Tsaghkadzor is winter because of the famous ski resort which is the biggest in Armenia and attracts tourists and professional athletes from all around the world for skiing and snowboarding. Opportunity to ride up the ropeway which will take you to the peak of mount Teghenis from where opens breathtaking view to the forested town.
The road will take you to to Lake Sevan. Here, in Lake Sevan, which has a very beautiful peninsula, we are going to climb many stairs up to see the church located in the peak - Sevanavank, from where opens also a beautiful view to the “blue-eyed” lake.
Leave the Lake Sevan behind, pass through the tunnel and after a while, unfold the green valleys of the resort Dilijan. Dilijan - a resort town, admire at changing landscape and weather. You are going to have some walk at the streets of Dilijan to explore the architectural solution from 19th c.
Drive to Lake Parz, which is formed by springs. The lake is surrounded by forests. Water in the lake is transparent, a little greenish. As the forests are very close to the shoreline, the massive trees, leaning to the lake, are reflected in the water. The name “Parz lich” literally means “clear lake”. There are cozy restaurants and cafes in the area of the lake where you can spend your time. This site is one of the most famous natural landmark of Dilijan. After sightseeing drive to Tbilisi Hotel, you will reach the hotel by night & Overnight Stay.
Please be aware that after completing the tour according to the itinerary, we will transfer you to your hotel in Tbilisi. You will reach the hotel by night. Ensure you have all your belongings and any necessary documents with you before departure, including your Passport and Emirates ID
02nd December
After enjoying a hearty breakfast at the hotel, your day begins with a comprehensive exploration of Tbilisi, the vibrant capital of Georgia. Your first stop will be the Chronicle of Georgia, a monumental structure that celebrates the country's rich history. From there, you will visit the Old Metekhi Church, a significant historical site offering splendid views of the city. Next, you’ll head to the Holy Trinity Church, also known as Sameba, an architectural marvel and the largest religious building in Georgia. The tour continues with a visit to the Peace Bridge, an elegant pedestrian bridge that spans the Kura River, symbolizing unity and harmony. You’ll have the opportunity to take a scenic cable car ride that offers breathtaking panoramic views of Tbilisi and leads you to the Mother of Georgia statue. This iconic landmark represents the spirit and strength of the Georgian people.Strolling along Shardeni Street, you’ll experience the charming atmosphere of Tbilisi’s historic district, filled with cafes, galleries, and boutiques. Your evening includes a return to the Peace Bridge area and possibly another cable car ride, ensuring you take in the evening’s picturesque views. The day concludes with an overnight stay in Tbilisi, where you can reflect on the day’s adventures.
03rd December
After breakfast at the hotel, your journey takes you to the stunning landscapes surrounding Tbilisi. The first destination is the Zhinvali Reservoir, a serene and picturesque body of water nestled in the mountains. Next, you will visit the Ananuri Fortress, a medieval complex overlooking the reservoir, providing a glimpse into Georgia's historical past.Continuing your exploration, you’ll visit the confluence of the Pasanauri River and its neighboring river, known for its dramatic landscape. The tour then takes you to the Gudauri mountains, renowned for their breathtaking beauty. You will also visit the Georgia-Russia Friendship Monument, which offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. At the Gudauri Ski Resort, you can enjoy a cable car ride that provides spectacular views of the snow-capped peaks.A special highlight of the day is the visit to the Gergeti Church, an iconic Georgian Orthodox church located off-road on a hilltop with impressive views of Mount Kazbegi. The day concludes with a return to Tbilisi for another overnight stay.
04th December
On your final day, you will have breakfast at the hotel before checking out and preparing for your departure. You’ll be transferred to the airport, bidding farewell to Georgia and cherishing the beautiful memories created during your trip.
