This is the 2nd time I'm traveling with Arooha. My first trip was to Armenia and the second was to Serbia. Both times, the agents who handled our transaction went above and beyond the call of duty. They are very flexible in modifying itineraries and they really do their best to ensure we have a great time. We have dealt with Pranav, Sreeja and Satheesh. They have all been really great!
