The Historical Souq Al Arsa is a collection of alleys lined with coral brick walls, wooden doors and dangling lanterns. Next stop will be the Majlis Al Midfa, an ancient structure famous not only for its one-of-a-kind circular wind tower but also as a meeting place for merchants, scholars and residents to meet and discuss politics, literature and poetry.
Walk through the 6 different themed exhibits of Sharjah heritage museum to observe the landscape, lifestyle, traditions and other aspects of Sharjah’s wealthy culture. In the Calligraphy Museum guests can admire the stunning works of Arabic calligraphy created on wood, paper, ceramic and canvas. You can learn more about Sharjah’s maritime and coastal history while observing a wide variety of underwater creatures at Sharjah Aquarium and Maritime Museum.
En route to the Aviation museum make a photo stop at the Grand King Faisal Mosque and the central souq. Step into UAE’s first airport which has been transformed into a museum and showcases UAE’s flying and aviation history along with models of many old aircrafts. Final visit before lunch will be the classic car museum showcasing olden goldies of famous car brands like Bentley, Chevrolet, Ford, Mercedes and Rolls Royce.
